Say hello to Mr Lorenz Hammer, one of the newest additions to our family at Q Industries Vietnam!
Hailing from Switzerland, Lorenz inherited his love for the hospitality industry from his family and developed his passion from an early age. He graduated from the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, one of the top hospitality schools in the world and for the past 12 years, has dedicated himself to the F&B operations within the industry.
He now oversees our lifestyle division of catering and banquet services, education, Q.uriosity and Q.itchen Factory and with his wealth of experience and passion, we’re certain that he’ll take our team to even greater heights.

The most challenging part of the competition was…
Having to endure the entire 12 hours of the hot cooking category. It was non-stop intense cooking and restaurant service without a minute of rest and required us to stay focused throughout.
Your favourite dish in the competition was…
Our hot cooking appetiser. During our months of training, this dish was the hardest to perfect and we had plenty of failures. But during the competition, we managed to pull it together to present a dish that the judges enjoyed.
What was your biggest takeaway from the competition?
I’ve learnt that believing in my team and working well together is the key to success.
