Christophe Megel came to Singapore in 1999 to take on the role of Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore.
Prior to this appointment, Christophe’s 30-year culinary career has seen him start out at top restaurants such as Le Cirque in New York, Monte-Carlo in Monaco and Ritz-Carlton in Japan.
Christophe Megel is a Knight in the Order of National Merit Agricole of France, a multi-award winner and true master in the culinary world who has been sharing his expertise and experience with Q Industries since joining the company as Executive Director in May 2015.
