A New Look For Our Quantum Pro Logo

QNEWS

INTRODUCING OUR NEWLY REFRESHED QUANTUM PRO LOGO

After working alongside and learning from many chefs over the years, we’ve gained a deep insight into how the kitchen works and the needs of professional chefs. That is how we created Quantum Pro.

To suit the chefs’ high-pressured kitchen environment, we’ve crafted our Quantum Pro line using top quality stainless steel sourced directly from Korea.

By Chefs, For Chefs – the story behind our tagline is simple. It highlights our philosophy and commitment to chefs and how we’re always working beside them to anticipate their needs.

REPUBLIC POLY VISITS Q INDUSTRIES

As part of their Culinary Science and Kitchen Operations module this semester, students from Republic Poly’s Diploma in Restaurant and Culinary Operations visited the Q Industries’ showroom.

Over a period of four days, they were introduced to our wide range of Quantum Pro products and were also given comprehensive lessons on the future of HORECA procurement.

We’re proud to have been able to share our experience and valuable insights with these bright young minds and future of Singapore’s F&B industry!

A CHAT WITH MR KRIRK-KIJ P., GENERAL MANAGER OF M.L.O.V CO LTD

As part of the eQuipe spotlight series, we will highlight our partners around the region who bring our products to their markets. In this issue, we get up-close and personal with Mr Krirk-Kij P., General Manager of MLOV, a hotel products supplier in Myanmar.

The best thing about the hospitality and F&B scene in Myanmar is…
The market is fresh and blooming, and we’ve got a variety of franchises from overseas pouring in as people see opportunities in Myanmar.

The trendiest phenomenon in the F&B scene right now are…
Hot pot and buffet restaurants, as well as well-decorated, chic looking restaurants as they make for good photos.

F&B professionals are currently looking for…
Products that match their need for both design and function at a reasonable price.

Your go-to place for a good meal is…
Downtown Myanmar because you can find everything from local, Chinese, Indian, European and even fusion cuisine there.

You’d recommend a first-time traveller in Myanmar to visit…
Popular local restaurants that serve Burmese cuisine such as Rangoon Tea House, Minn Lan Seafood and Shan Yoe Yar.

A fabulous experience is…
Enjoying a bottle of single malt whisky, singing and playing piano with friends at the lobby of a boutique hotel in Myanmar.
