Our inaugural “The Next Season” event that took place on 24 – 26 April was a roaring success!   We welcomed partners, industry friends and customers from around the region to an exciting programme line-up dreamed up by our team.  Here are 3 of our favourite moments:

1) VIP Rooftop party at Q.i Building
Two hundred of the who’s who in this region’s F&B industry turned up at our first-ever, exclusive Qurated Cocktail Party. Familiar faces included Chefs Otto Weibel, Kenny Kong and KK Yau, who enjoyed our ‘qurated’ menu including foie gras freshly prepared at live stations and free flow of caviar and wagyu beef throughout the night. Of course, there were multiple toasts throughout the night with Champagne!  A big thank you to our partner Classic Fine Foods for ensuring we had the best ingredients to offer.

2) Launch of the Q.ulinary Essentials retail store
We celebrated the milestone launch of our e-commerce website at Food and Hotel Vietnam 2019! Visit https://qulinaryessentials.vn/  and with just a few short clicks, you can get our retail products delivered right to your doorstep in Vietnam!

3) Live product displays and exhibitions  
Stunning live demonstrations were conducted by our partners! Welbilt’s Chef Vincent wowed guests with Merry Chef – an innovative high-speed oven, while Churchill’s collection of their luxurious tableware products were widely admired.
