MEET CHEF NALINDA PRABATH

Born in Sri Lanka, chef Nalinda has acquired over 15 years of experience in the culinary industry.

After graduating from the Swiss Lanka Hotel School, he forged his culinary experience in fine-dining establishments, first at a luxury hotel in Sri Lanka, before joining the Holiday Inn Kandooma in Maldives.

Looking for a new challenge, he then moved to Vietnam and joined the Saigontourist Hospitality College and Hutech University as a lecturer, where he shared his culinary knowledge and moulded the next generation of hospitality leaders.

When the opportunity arose, he joined Q Industries Vietnam as Executive Chef of our Q.itchen Factory where he will develop and oversee the kitchen’s concept along with his team.
